Today's Beautiful Thing is my boss. She let us go home two hours early because she's a fabulous person. Thank you D! (I'm glad she's the boss of me!)

Time Flies

Today's Beautiful Thing is a fast workday. I'm not sure why, but time flew today. No complaints from me! I've been dragging this week. Come on Friday!

Simplicity

Todays Beautiful Thing is a husband who doesn't mind soup and sandwiches for dinner. I'm so tired tonight and cooking was out of the question.

Another Dog Park

Today's Beautiful Thing is discovering another local dog park. This one has trees, benches, grass, landscaping and lighting. Lulu didn't want to go home and who could blame her? (Pictured: Lulu- happy in the car)

That's Hot!

Today's Beautiful Thing is air conditioning. Both at home and in the car. Damn, it's hot! We are so lucky to have it.

Lunch with friends

Today's beautiful thing is having lunch with some old friends. We normally don't see them more than once or twice a year and it's been nearly two years this time. They had a baby boy, Aidan, and they are expecting their second--a girl this time. So, obviously they've been very busy. It was nice to finally meet Aidan. He's a real cutie.

Fun Fair

Today's beautiful Thing is the 35th Annual Orange International Street Fair. Or, as we think of it, Gyro weekend. First stop: Greek Street. Always!
