Today's Beautiful Thing is Michele's 3 year Anniversary. It's hard to believe, but it has been 3 years since her surgery. Today she is a 3 year survivor! Michele, Pat & I celebrated with lunch. And a brownie sundae--of course!

Today's Beautiful Thing is getting stuff done. I was in the zone today, enering one invoice after another. Yay me!

Nice!

Today's Beautiful Thing is a new shampoo with the most incredible scent. I haven't enjoyed washing my hair this much in a very long time. :)

Help!

Today's Beautiful Thing is a new set of hands at work. We have a new employee in our department. She seems to be very nice and we're so glad to have her.

Agreement

Today's Beautiful Thing is being married to a guy who shares my views. I love watching political shows with him, screaming at the pundits with him in perfect agreement.

Treat

Today's Beautiful Thing is a free lunch--just in time. I'd waited to eat lunch this afternoon. When they brought around some sandwiches, chips and cookies left over from the board meeting, it was perfect timing. One turkey sandwich and a choc chunk cookie for me. :)

Just Right

Today's Beautiful Thing is finally finding just the right item. We've been shopping for a cabinet and sink for the master bathroom for the last three weekends. We've gone back and forth from wanting something something simple and affordable, to something unique and splurge-worthy--and everything in between. Today we decided to go with simple and save our money to do some high-impact tile (room is very small) and two new gorgeous medicine cabinets (one for each bathroom) as well. We are happy withour decision and have saved a lot of money by making it. :)
