Today's Beautiful Thing is a simple dinner after work. I'd picked up the half-price pizza at Fresh & Easy the day before and I threw together a salad while it was heating up. The hubby and I are not thin crust pizza fans, but it was a spicy one (which we do like) and we enjoyed it because it was different.
