In honor of Atticus, a beautiful Boxer boy whose time with us was much too short.
This is my attempt to find something Beautiful in every single day. If a scarred and abused dog could fearlessly wag his tail and smile at strangers hoping to make friends, surely I can find one thing Beautifully noteworthy to write about daily in his honor. Leftover Meat Sauce
Today's Beautiful Thing is a big skillet of left-over meat sauce. Not only is it nice to reheat dinner (rather than cook it), but meat sauce always tastes better the second day anyway. Yay left-overs!
Awww, if I'd have known you were in town! :O) The hubby is actually the one whose greedy with it. I prefer more pasta and tomato sauce, and less meat. He likes a ton of meat sauce and a little pasta. Probably a guy thing.
yeah, it must be a guy thing. you walk into the room and see sauce all over the place, with me laying on the floor...a big bunch of sauce around my lips...and a smile on my face...staring at the ceiling in a daze. sauce'll do that to a guy.
