In honor of Atticus, a beautiful Boxer boy whose time with us was much too short.
This is my attempt to find something Beautiful in every single day. If a scarred and abused dog could fearlessly wag his tail and smile at strangers hoping to make friends, surely I can find one thing Beautifully noteworthy to write about daily in his honor. This is my tribute to his kind and gentle spirit. ~Celebrating three years of daily blogging on 1/20/10~

Post Christmas Dinner
Today's Beautiful Thing is spending a couple of hours with Mom. It's nice to nosh and gab after the holiday craziness is finally behind us.
I'm so glad to read someone is treasuring time with their mom. I lost my beloved mother this year and I'm still finding life without her nearly unbearable. Great on you!!
I'm so sorry you lost your mother. I'm very close to mine and I can't imagine how hard it must be for you. Take the time to do something good for yourself. Perhaps something you used to enjoy doing with your mother in her honor.
Thank you for stopping by my humble little blog. Stop by any time.
