Today's Beautiful Thing is the 24 hour emergency vet. Lulu tore her ACL this weekend and we are fortunate to have an ER nearby. Today they let me pick up copies of her x-rays to take to another vet for a second opinion. Great service and nice people make Lulu (and me) smile.

Yeah for emergency pet people. As the mom to eight furballs I can appreciate, and be thankful, for those as well.
Wow, Stepher! 8 fur babies? The most I've ever had is three (2 dogs and a cat), a scaley one (hubby's snake), and a couple of koi ponds. Go you!
Lulu is a trooper. She's in a lot of pain, but she never complains. Surgery is the 11th.
